Having built her own home, purchased property, and now professionally embedded in the industry, Bronz DC founder Bronwyn has seen firsthand that critical communication is often avoided or overlooked, the root cause of many construction horror stories.
That’s why a key focus and strength of Bronz DC is ensuring clear communication between client, designer, and builder – not just through conversations, but through our highly detailed documentation.
We work hard to establish and maintain trusted relationships with reputable builders and reliable suppliers, so our clients get the perfect value from their renovation.
Communication is king and we only work with industry partners who align in an open communication model with us and our clients.
Backed with highly detailed documentation, nothing is left to interpretation on site and everyone has what they need, which means construction timelines are minimal, cost blowouts are best mitigated and there is no room for error.
Bronz DC is a member of the BDAA; Building Designers Association of Australia and the KBDi; Kitchen & Bathroom Designers Institute. It is through industry associations like these that we can continue to network, learn, and grow. Which only strengthens our level of service to clients and the industry.
